Charming Stay Near the O2 Arena!!!

The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their genuine service really stood out. The location was perfect for the O2, just a short, safe walk. I found parking very easy and convenient.
The small bed was a bit too soft. I was like I might roll off during the night, but it wasn't a huge issue.

The hotel provides convenient access to the A2 and Silvertown tunnel. North Greenwich tube station is only a 10-minute walk, giving quick access into the city. The hotel's proximity to the O2 Arena is ideal.

mixed feelings about the stay.
creaky stairsslow wi-fi
i was a bit frustrated. our room was right by the stairs, so we heard every footstep and door slam. it was hard to sleep. also, the tv barely worked because the wi-fi was so slow. it barely connected, it was annoying.

The room felt quite small. i think i expected a bit more space. also, the television didn't work properly. The wifi connection was too weak for it to stream anything? the staff tried to help. but nothing changed! the channel selection was limited anyway.

the room was surprisingly well-equipped with a coffee machine, tea, and even some chocolates. i also liked that i could use the car park into the following day at no extra cost (quite rare these days!). air conditioning was a definite plus because i could shut the window and block out any noise.
